Working Cocker Stud Dogs for North Wales

North Wales has a proud tradition of working dogs — from the sheepdog trials of Snowdonia to the pheasant and partridge shoots of the Clwydian hills. Working Cocker Spaniels are increasingly popular across Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy and Anglesey, and we receive regular stud enquiries from Welsh breeders who know the value of proper health testing.

Moorsbarrow Hall Farm sits near the A54 corridor, which connects to the A483 and A55 — the main routes from North Wales into England. Most North Wales breeders can reach us in under an hour: Wrexham is around 35 miles, Flintshire slightly less, and Denbighshire and Conwy around 50 miles depending on the route.

Our stud dogs are fully DNA health tested, KC registered, hip and elbow scored, and DNA profiled. Litter registration with the Kennel Club requires both parents to be KC registered — something North Wales breeders particularly value given the demand for KC registration paperwork in the Welsh market.

We've produced puppies that have gone to working homes across North Wales — dogs now picking up on drives from the Dee Estuary to the Vale of Clwyd. If you have a good bitch with solid Welsh lines and want to introduce some of our Cheshire blood into your programme, we're very happy to discuss it.
